Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, and the same applies to a no-show. Every learner gets one late cancellation forgiven per calendar year, no explanation needed. If we have to move a session, you choose a replacement time or a full refund.
